InfraSight Expands Global IP Footprint with Key European Patent Validations

Charlotte, NC —  InfraSight Software Corporation (“InfraSight”), the Risk Management Platform for the Compute Economy, today announced the successful validation of initial patent grants across major European jurisdictions, including France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Netherlands, and Switzerland.

The validated patents strengthen InfraSight’s protection of its Workload Compute Unit (WCU), the company’s vendor-neutral benchmark that enables markets to measure, price, and manage compute as a financial asset. As organizations face increasing volatility in AI infrastructure markets, the WCU provides the standardized unit of account required for governance, benchmarking, and financial decision-making.

“Establishing our footprint across key European financial and data center markets is a critical step in establishing the global standard for compute economics,” said Tim Martin, Co-Founder and CEO of InfraSight. “As AI infrastructure continues its ascent to the most important commodity of the future, the need for a universally accepted measurement and risk framework is no longer optional – it is foundational.”
